Click on the Route Manager panel
Right click on the left side of the table
Select Users from the list
Right click anywhere on the form
Select Add New Technician
Populate the Name field
Check the box if the tech can make regulatory or edits in LDM
Click the Save button
Click yes/no to attach a user image
Close the form
